My wife and I were panic stricken last night at 9pm when we realized our heat was out and the... read moreMy wife and I were panic stricken last night at 9pm when we realized our heat was out and the interior temperature was dropping. Our baby was sleeping and his room temperature had dropped 10 degrees in over an hour.

Our rental agency was closed for New Years and our outlook was depressing.

Luckily Abe (Super Abe as we have coined him) came to our house by midnight and resolved our situation quickly and professionally. He even changed out the filters, reset the system and reignited the air handler.

My family is grateful that Abe took time away from his family to help ours, we will call him directly if anything happens in the future.
