They fully rebuilt a heating system in my prior house and replaced a high-velocity AC system in my current home. In both cases the jobs needed creativity and troubleshooting. For the AC project, I was amazed at how they could navigate an older home to run high velocity ducts.

I reached out to Sila via email and someone got back to me right away. From the start the salesperson was super professional and he spent a few hours evaluating my home, then he brought in the installation foreman to do an extra evaluation of what would be best. They thought through the air flow issues of the house, and planned duct work to maximize efficiency. They documented the design, worked closely with me to explain everything and we ended up choosing a heat pump solution. Within 1 day, a professional team showed up to do the installation. They were very impressive. Each of them was courteous and quite skilled. The system was installed extremely well (clean, neat and completed as promised). We love the new system and the house is super cool. I'm sure I'll be warm in the winter also. Sila brought in A-team! Great job!!!!! read less

I called Sila Heating after having problems with my gas furnace. The furnace was not venting and shutting... read moreI called Sila Heating after having problems with my gas furnace. The furnace was not venting and shutting off. I called Sila and immediately their phone representative contacted another field rep to come out and see the situation. John took careful measurements, looked at our equipment which is a gas furnace and air conditioner coil combo. When John came out he even brought us space heaters if we needed them! I discovered that our furnace shutdown issue was caused by a downdraft chimney issue and not the furnace. At this point I am holding off on the furnace unit replacement until my chimney issue is corrected but I will be calling Sila when it’s time. read less

They replaced a central air conditioning system while also cleaning up exterior conduits, also providing new networked thermostat. The ductless system was an addition and required planning and design in order to optimize, which they did. Very satisfied! read less
