Get to know our leadership team:

Jack Rothacker
Jack Rothacker founded Sila in 1989 following his honorable discharge from the US Navy. He is a 3rd generation HVAC professional. Jack grew up working for his grandfather who was a plumber and then helped his father expand his family’s HVAC business to multiple locations around Chicago before venturing out on his own to found Sila in Pennsylvania.
Lou Pellegrini
Lou Pellegrini joined Sila in 1998 when it was a small company operating out of only one location. During his tenure, Sila has successfully expanded into the leading HVAC and plumbing company across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Lou also drove Sila’s philanthropy to focus on cancer research. Lou has a BA from the University of Delaware.
Mike Rudolf
Mike Rudolf began his career with Sila in 2003. He has held increasing key leadership roles across several departments, starting in Marketing, then as general manager of several regional offices before being promoted to COO. Mike has a BA from St. Joseph’s University and lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and two children.
Eugene Malinowski
Gene Malinowski joined Sila in May 2015 as Controller and subsequently was promoted to CFO. Prior to joining Sila, Gene had a long career at Tasty Baking Company where he had held the position of Corporate Treasurer. Gene has a BA in Accounting and an MBA, both from Widener University.

Giving back to our communities has always been one of Sila’s core values. We continue to support a wide variety of organizations from nonprofits and youth sports teams, to local community events and cancer research initiatives such as Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and Steps to Cure Sarcoma.
